Shipping Policy

Credit will only be granted if Xpress Supply is notified in writing to the courier within 48 hours after delivery.

Return Policy

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned products. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customized Orders

Special and made-to-order drop shipments are excluded from returns, as are customized orders.
